Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. Many piles of loose garbage behind this property for the last several weeks. Recycling bins filled with garbage on the curb for weeks.
The left turn arrow for turning south on High Street does not seem to be functioning. I have waited there several times in the past few days without seeing arrow and eastbound traffic still has a red light.

The current height/grade of the curb/sidewalk causes the bottom of vehicles to scrape the sidewalk. You can see the scrape marks in the included photo.
My neighbor requested for me to submit a ticket on his behalf: Tree limbs are hanging low along RCA Park Dr. Could you please consider trimming them back? Thank you!
Part of the street was repaved but two large sections between Monroe and Arlington are nothing but potholes and missing patch. Please correct. Thank you.
