Somebody dumped a large shopping cart on the roundabout where W 17th meets Arlington Rd. It has a used tire and a big bag full of junk that is now strewn around. Threlkeld, James Shannon ​ info@bloomington.in.gov ​ Hello, Commercial Service has illegally parked their commercial trucks in our upscale neighborhood (average home value is 750K) every day for the last 30 days. It is parked at 3954 E. Fenbrook Ln. Bloomington 47401. They have been parking other vehicles (smaller) periodically since June of 2023. Now it's every day and with their large commercial trucks. I have posted to Ureport with no success. This is no different than parking RVs or boats in residential neighborhoods. The presence of these trucks puts downward pressure on the value of the homes in this neighborhood. Who wants to pay over 750,000 for a house with big commercial trucks parked in the driveway next door every evening when they come home and all day on the weekends? This is what Commercial Services is doing in this neighborhood. Just so you know, I have made three phone calls to the company asking them to stop parking these trucks overnight and on the weekends in our neighborhood.

I turned in some street lights along the Polly Grimshaw Trail 814-4248, 814-4249, 814-4254 because they were out last Saturday night, while the others were working.

Tenant complaint: there is a white sedan parked on the street that is partially obstructing the driveway such that I won't be able to get my car out. Luckily, I am not in a huge rush, but I will need to be able to leave with my car a little later this afternoon. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Leaving a note on the windshield has not seemed to work.

Again, there are trash bags lying on the ground in view of the street and the Grant Street Inn. Also, trash in yard. Will there be fines assessed this time? Can the property owner be held liable?
