There is a City-owned tree in the ROW that is completely covered in vines, some of which are poison ivy. The vines are right next to the sidewalk, and are so high that the vine is going to seed. Is this the responsibility of the adjacent property owner, or does the City attend to its own trees?

One of the two trees in the City ROW in front of this house (the west tree) is almost completely dead with large branches high up that look like they could fall any minute onto something or someone. The east tree looks fine, except for all the vines growing on it that could be stressing it.

There is a tree that broke to the North side of the New Hope Roof building. The neighbor says it is not on their property so it might be on a city alley. Please confirm if this is a city responsibility.
