Edges of paved trail continue to crumble, making trail narrower and narrower in spots. Two-way use is becoming challenging when combined with plants life on other side. Also, Trail has a large sunken area with uneven surface on west end near bypass, tricky for anything wheeled no navigate. Please repair or replace as needed in honor of a fine Librarian and for those that use it, thanks.
Hello, We are contacting you again to follow up on a ticket we submitted a couple of months ago regarding the stormwater. The project that started last year it is still not completed. Thank you!
The field next to me is over grown and needs mowing. I think people are camping there. It's very scary, I'm a senior and I live alone. Thank you for your time.
Cowden road in Ellettsville is horrible. Potholes everywhere. Patches that have been done are making the road hard to drive or within weeks pothole’s return in same place. Cars are driving all over the roads to avoid them and causing many car problems/nearly wrecks.
I live at 3800 E. McCracken Way apt 6 and we had a problem with our heater /air-condition since Christmas and till this day we don't have our heater working. We were told by the maintenance on March 15th that the unit should be replaced and they did not do anything about it till now. Please help me to solve this. My mom lives with me and she is a senior citizen and has a lot of health issues and this cold is effecting her heath. I am paying around $500 for my electricity because we have been using the oven to heat the apt for the last several month and I can provide proves from duke energy. It is not safe also to use the oven for heating and as you know that can be considered a hazard.
I attended the IBRA and fun show Saturday at the Monroe County Saddle club where I witnessed animal abuse from the groundskeeper and his wife who I think is the barn manager there. The guy punched the flea tick horse who they had in the face multiple times while tacking the horse. I was seriously appalled at what I saw. I also overheard a conversation between two people who also witnessed it saying that isn’t the first time he has done it or his family they are known for this which is hear say. Then I saw the little girl who rides the pony also hit her while she was tied to the trailer. If this is how the MCSC allows their workers to treat animals, my family and my friends kids will not be back to do another show again.
I witnessed a truck with a very long bed try to turn right from W 13th to N Maple. The driver chose to plow down the stop sign/street sign in order to make the turn. The stop sign is completely down, across the sidewalk on W 13th at N Maple. Sorry I couldn't get the name of the company.
Two bricks are missing from the decorative sidewalk in front of the Waldron's Walnut St entrance. Can they be replaced? Concerned about a trip hazard.
I was attempting to cross South Landmark Avenue at the crosswalk, to run an errand at Williams Brothers Pharmacy. I pressed the button on the crosswalk to signal my need to cross. The button responded with the usual voice saying "Wait." However, the crosswalk light never came on, so I could not cross. I use a power chair that is not fast enough to cross between traffic, and that is shorter than most cars (so I cannot easily be seen by drivers when crossing). What is normally a 20 minute errand took me 3 hours as I had to search for a place I could cross.
