Attempts were made at 720 A.M. and 1030 A.M. on Friday to pick this up. A message was left on Thursday letting the resident know this pickup would occur on Friday. There was nothing out either time.

Pothole has been developing for 3 weeks, resident called in to report anonymously
Business owner reported that a large pot hole East bound lane of 17th Street before light at Madison. Has seen several cars have blow outs because of it.
Citizen reported numerous potholes at the corner of Cambridge Dr. and Park Ridge Rd in the Park Ridge East Subdivision.
The light pole on the east side of the square in front of superior shoes is very loose at the base.

She said that is greatest number of deer she has seen in her neighborhood at one time and she found it unsettling. She advised that she did not want a call back, but wants "someone to do something." I did not speak to Dukes directly; instead, this concern was relayed to me from another City department. BIG pothole at Madison & 15th Street where the two streets meet. Very deep. Westside.
A constituent called and suggested that a page concerning road safety when others are texting and driving be added to the website.
Street Dept. lodged a complaint of line of sight at the intersection of 17th St. and N. Willis Dr. Problem is, southbound on N. Willis Dr. coming to 17th St. looking to the west bushes are blocking the line of sight.
Complaintant states that there is a light post adjacent to unit 2349 that has fallen down and has power to the light.
