Large pile of trash bags accumulating to right & rear of house. Bags scavenged and blowing, potential health hazard. Phaelen Parker of 1034 W. 12th Street registered complaint.
House was vacant but neighbor is now concerned there may be squatters in building. Check for unsafe, unregistered rental, squatters, to see if owner is the same, etc.
Landlord came in to complain about the trash at 408 e 16th (not 408 1/2 E 16th), you can see the trash from the alley.
Bob Woolford received a message on his phone about a pile of kitty litter (about the size of a small truck load) dumped in the backyard.
Very large tent in yard, toys and junk all over the yard too. Off and on it has lots of cars.
tree fell on front porch and severed it from the house leaving large holes in the house
trash on front porch, house seems to be abandoned, stray cats and skunks living at this property
