Bob Woolford received a message on his phone about a pile of kitty litter (about the size of a small truck load) dumped in the backyard.
Tenants at this property are piling up their trash on the back porch, and sometimes cover it with a tarp. There is also junk piled up in the back yard. Both you can see from the Alexander alleyway.
