Tenants refuse to cut lawn/which is now over 3 feet tall. The yard is generally unkempt, and neglected. Owner is Jwaidah? Managed by Alice Reed (who I notified 2 weeks ago)
The resident is parking a car in the back yard of the house. There is no driveway, no street cut for an entrance, and no paved area to park on, only the grass in the yard. Wants the individual to stop parking there.
See letter Stetson turned in. The neighbor at 1016 E. Maxwell Lane is constructing an entry off of Manor Road. They are filling in the drainage ditch with soil thereby blocking the water flow. Stetson feels that during the next rain this work could cause severe water damage to her basement
Citizen states that there are cars parking on the lawn. Sometimes as many 5 cars.
Garbage is covering the porch and parts of the front yard. This has been the case for more than three weeks. I see you had an inspector on 12/22/99 at the property. Was the garbage there?
Received large bill from 3-4 years ago that tenants did not pay. Does not feel she should have to pay when account should have automatically been switched to her name when tenants moved. Should have been notified previously.
There is trash, junk, old car under tarp all around the place. They share a driveway. The owner is Jim Leonard and the house is held in a trust.
