Tall grass.
Mr. Wilson is the manager at J D Byrider. E&M mobile home sales to the east has homes for sale parked very close to W. 3rd St., maybe actually in the ROW. He wants them to move the homes back to meet 60' from C/L setback requirement. The homes block vision of J D Byrider site for traffic coming from east. I recommend: check plat map for ROW & measure home location from there. If in ROW can make them move back. I think they're grandfathered from setback req., they were there prior to '73.
Abandonded trailer, possibly unsafe.

trash, tv, futon, and tires etc in the back yard. you can go on the property of 2405 s bryan to see everything. House is abandoned and is a Habitat home.
Trash in front of house for weeks.
