Trash is surrounding dumpster.
Butch LeJeune brought in a ticket that was issued by HAND to 1120 N. Lincoln. It was Illegaly dumped at 1012 N. Lincoln St. The ticket number was 10031 and it was issued 09/12/2005.
Dumpster overflowing -- many bags of trash-bags torn open. Mattress beside dumpster.
building has been abandoned and windows boarded up. Someone has removed the plywood on the front door is now open.
tall grass, poss. over occ., house is being advertized as 4 bedrooms.
Mrs. Friedman stated that the house located at 803 W. Kirkwood has piled a lot od debris on her property located @ 801 W. Kirkwood and 108 S. Maple. She would like someone to talk to the the people at this address and get the debris removed so her contractor can start work. She would like a call back after the inspector talks to the residents.
Ellie would like current sewage disaster at her apartment to be inspected as a health hazard. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED LETTER dated 6/28/2000. (Other pertinent documents attached for background)

House was vacant but neighbor is now concerned there may be squatters in building. Check for unsafe, unregistered rental, squatters, to see if owner is the same, etc.
