the building behind this house is in very poor shape. reports of possible snakes and rodents living in it. it should be torn down. full of trash and debris.

Neighbor said property is vacant. Structure foundation is open and built on 2 x 4's laid on dirt.
back of house looks like it may be falling
This structure is abandoned and the yard is being used as a toilet by the homeless. The west window appears to be open or missing. The front porch floor is buckled.
City replaced fire hydrant and customer said that more dirt needs to be put around the hydrant.
Customer is experiencing yellow water. Water quality at customer's service is being affected by sediment stirred up by installation of new lines around Griffy Plant.
Mr. Brinson presented CBU with a copy of his plat from October 1957 stating his address should be 4420 Etter Dr.; however, U.S.P.S. records show this address should be 4420 E. Etter Road.
Mr. Williams owns property at 611 N. Monroe that was occupied by Sally L. Vest. There was a large bill due when Ms. Vest moved. Mr. Williams is disputing the fact that he was not notified by CBU about the large bill. He did receive letter re. a lien being recorded on the property.
Upon talking, we realized there were two similar, but not identical issues, so we created a new ticket for the related issue.
