She couldn't concentrate when reading on the square at lunch, and the insistence of the sounds drove her nuts. She likes the idea of accessbility for those who are visually impaired, but thinks this can be accomplished in a different manner.

The sidewalk at the NE corner of 7th and Morton is covered in mulch that has been raked out of the planting bed adjacent to the sidewalk, onto the sidewalk.

Very disgruntled gentleman said there's a dead tree in the 1400 block of West 11th. The woodpeckers have gotten at it and if the tree falls it's going to be dangerous. Said he's reported it 3 times and nothing has been done.
