There is an abandoned car at the intersection of W 4th St and Maple. It is a red 4-door Volkswagen with a rack on top and out of state plates. It has at least 1 flat tire and has been there for at least 3 weeks. Thank you!

There is a car parked in an alleyway between South Jefferson and South Bryan Avenue, between 3rd street and 4th street, blocking the main entrance/exit of the homes in that block.
