Neighbor continually blocks alley way or also parks in grass . Creating a eye sore and makes it hard to get vehicles out of back shed . Her landlord had also recently told her she cannot park like this !

Frequently, people park incorrectly in this area, taking up multiple spots and limited the number of cars that can park in the area. I operate a business at 511 W 4th Street, Suite #2. We are a small PR firm that employs 20 people in Bloomington. We own the office space at 511 W 4th Suite 2.
