As you proceed from north to east on West 5th, the first two streetlights on the north side of West 5th across from Rose Hill Cemetery are not working but the third and subsequent lights are as you proceed east on West 5th.
The street light cycles on and off every 3-4 minutes throughout the evening.
Bike seems to have been abandoned on our front lawn. First saw it there early Saturday morning (9/15).
All three street lights between Fairview and Allen are cycling
