This morning when I went out to gather up my carts I noticed that the bar that goes across the middle of the front of my small trash cart was only in one hole. The bar fell completely off completely as I pulled the cart up the driveway. I assume that bar is essential for emptying the cart. Do you have any advice about how I can get the bar to fit back in both holes? At the moment it’s in one hole and angled up at about a 30 degree angle, which doesn’t seem very useful. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected life-span of the carts? They are already starting to look beat up. My recycling cart has a piece missing on the corner of the lid. The yard of this home contains trash. There is an abandoned car that has been parked in the same spot for over a year. The windshield is shattered. There are also empty gasoline containers in the yard as well as boxes and childrens toys. The house is overgrown with vines and weeds. The bushes in the front of the yard block the view when pulling out from Southway Dr on to Church ln.

STORM DEBRIS PICKUP NEEDED: There are 2 piles of tree limb debris from the tornado-like storm outside of this house on the street. One pile is on North Washington in front of the house, the other pile is on 9th st near the NW corner of the property, on the street. Thanks

This has been going on for weeks now. Our trash has not been picked up for 2 weeks IN A ROW. We have called sanitation and the city multiple times now about this issue. Going 2 weeks without pickup, we’re going to have a lot of garbage. After about 3 weeks of not receiving trash pickup, they proceed to STILL not take any of our trash. This is getting really ridiculous and to add on top of it, they give us a warning FOR THEIR ISSUE. Why don’t they do their job and find our trash bins every week that we have on the curb instead of just driving by them each week. This issue needs to be fixed asap.

Hello sanitation team, I first want to thank you all for installing a trash enclosure outside our building to help with the trash flow. I wanted to ask if at all possible if we can get a lid on the regular trash side that is the same size as the recycling side as our plastic platter fit in that hole and we has seen a significant amount of loss in this item due to our outdoor seating. Please let me know if we can do this it would be amazing to take care of. thank you.

This is storm yard waste, piled in front lawn near road as described in communique, need to get picked up by special yard waste service running from storm. True for whole neighborhood mostly.

Trash did not get picked up. Not sure why I got skipped but looks like my neighbor across the street got picked up.
