Limbs from fallen trees
Limbs from fallen trees
We had several large tree limbs come down in the backyard. I have brought the brush to the front of the house for pickup. This photo captures about half of the brush with the other half on the other side of the driveway. (only 1 photo allowed) Stacked the usable wood for use in my fire pit. At the intersection of Allendale and Walnut Street Pike, when attempting to turn off of Allendale onto Walnut Street Pike, it is nearly impossible to see traffic coming north on WSP without putting the nose of your vehicle into the path of traffic. There are trees that need heavily trimmed or removed in the southeast corner of the intersection that block that view and create a hazard. I have seen several near misses there.
The street at the end of our driveway and in front of our mailbox has been eroding to the point that I'm worried it will cause a tripping or biking hazard for the kids in our neighborhood or will damage the tires of people visiting (including the mail truck). I'm not sure if this is something we should attempt to repair ourselves.
Potholes on Allendale Dr. Near intersection of Walnut St. Pike and intersection of Westminster.
S Laura Way is on a signed, much used bicycle route. Going north from S Jamie Ln it goes downhill for 0.2 miles. A bicycle going down this hill will reach a high speed at the bottom where there is a deep pothole. This road hazard could easily damage a bicycle or flip it over. It is located at 3813 S Laura Way. This pothole should be repaired.
