Recycling and trash is proudly displayed along W. 3rd Street. I am stirred with feelings of patriotism and civic pride when I view the scenic mound of cast-off items. God Bless you, Norm Ladd, for making this possible. Your rental properties never fail to remind me why I love living here. My bosom swells with gratitude and admiration!
