Property is unsafe. Front door is ajar, windows in rear are open, dettached structure in rear is structurally unsafe, SW corner support post has deteriorated causing structure to lean out of square, roof at the peak is open, windows are broken out, etc. In-ground pool is failing and deteriorated, rodent problem.
Received complaint from City Parking Enforcement. Pile of trash out front.

Dumpster on the street for over a month with over-flowing trash.
This customer continually overstacks the cans with extra trash. They refuse to comply with our size and weight limits. on 3/22 the trash was left becuase it was mounded up on the cans and improperly tagged.
Starting at the church at Adams & 11th, the church has never cleaned their sidewalks. East on 11th has several addresses that have old snow and ice on the sidewalks.
3rd notice that trash is overweight. Has not been picked up. 1st week not stickered. Resident stickered trash but now is overweight. Larry D. Barker
