I AM TRYING TO PAY MY WATER BILL, AS IT IS DUE TODAY, AND I CANNOT FIND THE EMAIL WITH MY ACCT# ON IT; I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCT# THROUGH YOUR SITE SOMEHOW AND AM NOT ABLE TO DO THAT; HOW DO I PAY MY BILL WITHOUT THAT ACCT#?
House has been vacant and for sale since first of August, We have been getting billed for far more water than we used when we lived there, even when we watered outside... No running toilets, leaks, etc. Please advise .... Thanks ....
Billing is wrong for the past 2 months
Water has started to taste and smell dirty. The issue started slightly on Friday 9/17 and has continued to get worse since.
The water tastes like algae.
Taste of the water (direct from tap and also via Brita filter) is unappealing. Definitely not the same taste as our usual tap water. Clarity and smell is fine- this is purely a taste issue. But it is creating difficulties in maintaining hydration in our two children because they cannot handle the poor taste.

Low water pressure and the water is cloudy.
The water is so terrible tasting and smelling that my family cannot drink it! We were forced to buy water. How long will this last? The foul smell and taste happens nearly every year. With CBU being the only source of potable water in Bloomington, there is no alternative! We are having to spend our limited resources to get drinkable water. We should at least get a decrease in water charges if CBU is unable to correct the issue permanently.
