On Wednesday, August 21st, I was at Ferguson dog park. A dog brushed against me and I reached to pet the dog and it bit me on my RT hand. The gentlemen the dog belonged to said nothing and did nothing and promptly left. I did not get any information from him. I was seen at the Bton ER where I got 8 stiches for 2 different bites, rabies prevention (due to not knowing the dog's vaccine status), Dtap and oral antibiotic. None of the other dog owners that were there helped to get this gentlemen's into. I want people to be aware. FYI, he was an elderly man, I would guess 70s and walked with a cane. His dog was medium built, mutt and medium size and black. Someone at the park told me, after the gentleman had left, that he had said, "I try to warn people," and mentioned that they had seen him there before. If anyone has any info please let me know. Someone has let their pets of cats out of homes They are getting out of control again like it was a few months back were the cats are laying on cars. My yard being infested with fleas making it so difficult to take my own pet outside for fresh air. I'm disabled an live on fixed income. Under my home has been damaged and now my car is damaged where they are going underneath it. I'm not sure besides I know someone if feeding them for them to keep coming. My child can not go outside from house to car without breaking out due to allergies and now I've had to add a air cleaner in car cause the of cats are in vents. You see them everywhere early morning and late evening. What can be done about this??

There are 3 to 5 chickens/roosters that roam free all around our road and cul-de-sac. At first it was ok, but we have dogs and they are trying to get them (we our animals housed and in our own yards on a leash) They are in our yard and neighbors more than on their own property anymore. All our trash cans have tons of flys and maggots since they have been around. The people do not take care of them they just let them roam free and can bet they don't have permits either. I'm speaking on behalf of most my neighbors also. Please help get rid of these things it's went on long enough. Please and thank you for whoever helps this is become a major problem. Not to mention there could be bird flu with no proper meds or upkeep on the birds.

There are two dogs in a homeless camp tied up. They are barking at all who want to use the park including me and my leashed dog. This is not safe. I feel afraid to use the park trails. They are at 39.14547Nx86.55090W

A deer is dead in front of this house in our neighborhood. It looks like it's been mauled to death. Neighbors heard animals screeching outside around 3:40am. The deer body, bones, and organs are all over the side of the road/sidewalk/and these people's driveway. Not sure if the city can help get it cleaned up.

The City does not maintain the trees between the sidewalk and the street on Adams. The trees and brush are overgrown with invasive species and the local residents are spending hours and money trying to maintain the weeds/trees that are impeding their property. The sidewalk is not accessible because the City has not maintained their portion of the land between the sidewalk and the street.
