Abandoned vehicle. Old plates, has been sitting in the same spot for at least a year. Debris is all around the vehicle because a street sweeper cannot clean there, and grass is growing under the vehicle.

I would have taken a pic of the plates for you, but it's a string of cars that park there and the car behind this one is literally pushed up against the other car, so the plate cannot be seen. At least the first three (there are usually four cars) have been sitting in the same spot for at least a year. This man is going to cause an accident or he’s gonna get run over by a car. He’s been on the street corner for well over a year almost every day he’s getting more and more bold going out into the traffic. This is unacceptable behavior if this was IU student in front of a fraternity house on third street, this would never been allowed to go on.
Black tailor and old truck are often blocking the sidewalks. This requires walking children to move to the road to go around, this is a major issue in the mornings and afternoons.
