A trailer for a food truck has been parked on the street most of the time for the past 2-3 months. Is this legal? It's something of an obstacle when a vehicle is parked across from it.

We have one large tree and 3 large limbs that have fallen from the tree line on the West side of our property into the yard and our pasture/back yard. They are too large to be able to cut them into a "manageable" size to place on the street. There is so much it would block the entire street and the side path. The street drains will also need to be cleared on W. 17th as they are also full of debris. Our address is 1600 W. 17th St. and our neighbor is also affected by one large tree in back yard to the West at 1604 W. 17th St. 47404. You likely cannot see the tree that feel behind 1604 and you definitely can't see the large limbs in our back yard/pasture from the street at 1600.
Thanks much!!!

Hello,
I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface.
Thank you.

Can the sidewalk at xxx East 7th Street be shaved down to eliminate the height difference between the two adjoining slabs? See photo attached. This height difference can be dangerous for westbound cyclists riding on the sidewalk who need to negotiate both a quick right turn and a left turn to enter the SR46 underpass. Now that an asphalt multi-use path has been built at Relato Bloomington at the intersection of Pete Ellis Drive and Longview Avenue, westbound cyclists are more apt to ride on the path/sidewalk vs. the street, and will continue to ride on the sidewalk all the way to the underpass. Cyclists will be going at speed since it is downhill westbound. To negotiate this sidewalk height disparity, while at the same time negotiating a sweeping turn, poses a dangerous situation that can be easily eliminated.

Some thing is going on over Smith Rd. Travel is very heavy on Heritage Rd . Before, the Heritage Rd is a side street, parking is allowed, even it’s a public street not a public parking area. Now it become a Main Street, park on the side of the street really creates a very dangerous situation. Is possible city can provide a better place for those park on the street to move to? It’s much safe for the rest of the drivers.
