I AM TRYING TO PAY MY WATER BILL, AS IT IS DUE TODAY, AND I CANNOT FIND THE EMAIL WITH MY ACCT# ON IT; I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCT# THROUGH YOUR SITE SOMEHOW AND AM NOT ABLE TO DO THAT; HOW DO I PAY MY BILL WITHOUT THAT ACCT#?

one of the restaurants in the alley next to Btown diner has been dumping their fryer oil in the alley. I spoke with Monroe County Health (Sylvia Garrison) about this problem. She is going to contact the restaurants on 6th between Walnut and College. Garrison stated that Street Department pressure washed the alley after her last inspection and that helped a great deal.

Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know. Thank you
