We had trees fall down onto our driveway during a storm. The trees themselves are not from our property and are from the city property right next to us. We moved them over as much as we could so that we could access our driveway, but the fallen trees are quite large and will need to be hauled away.
4391 W Belle Avenue—trash pick-up was fine, but they never got my recyclables. Went there at lunch to put bins in garage. Left it out thinking that maybe they’re now coming much later for recyclables. I put it back in garage after 5pm as neighbors bins were all away.
Trash on Keystone Court not picked up
We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. We were told that COB along with Monroe County would be working to collect excess tree debris from the July storms. We followed what was asked and submitted a form(case #192173) and placed it all on the side of the road next to our driveway. My husband saw the people come by on the day we were scheduled and they picked up some stuff on the OPPOSITE side of the road(directly across from our house where there is no house) and left everything next to our driveway along with the debris next to our mailbox. They seemed to have picked up a small amount of the debris next to the mailbox but not all of it. My husband checked and our case is now 'Closed' but it only lists anonymous. So someone skipped us or just didn't do it and then closed out our ticket with no reason. We would like someone to come out and collect. Thank you
Hello during recycle pick up today i witnessed the people look at our can, that was completely shut and not overflowing, and take a piece out to make it look like it was and not pick it up. This is unacceptable as they took everyone else’s as well that was overflowing even though ours was not. They have done this in the past as well and I have put in requests for then as well. Thanks
After the last trash collection, our bin is broken/cracked in a few places along the top, including the middle of the handle. Is it possible to get a replacement? It's the small size. Thanks!

Our trash cart was not fully emptied at pickup yesterday -- there is still a bag of trash in the cart (it is not jammed or otherwise stuck, it can move easily). This means our cart is already half full at the beginning of the week.
Storm damage tree branches
