Street remains over half blocked by tree on power line. Duke Energy knew nothing about it. Why hasn't the city reported this to Duke? This is a heavy traffic road that's down to a single lane with no warning signs.
The alley running behind the property has a tree blocking entry from Maxwell Terrace Lane and a tree down with fencing directly across fro 809 S Henderson. The trees and weeds have also gotten so large they are rubbing cars as you drive down the alley

A residential Parking Sign is improperly inserted into the ground causing it to be slanted at a 30 degree angle. This is almost blocking my driveway and causing the roof of my car to scratch it. Can you please re-dig this sign in the ground so that it's' straight? The sign itself is not damaged, it's just not properly inserted into the ground. Thanks. Kent Rerko 910 S. Manor Rd. A new walkway and rail was installed in 2020 along Rogers Road to make it safer for children to walk to school. Shortly after it was completed a tree fell and damaged the railing for a bridge which is about 15 feet above Jackson Creek. The tree was removed but the railing was not repaired, it was simply wrapped with caution tape. This may have been adequate temporarily but it has been left this way for over a year. This is unsafe and an eyesore. Can you please arrange to have this properly repaired?
The signs giving instructions for the back-in parking should have the diagram (map) rotated 180 degrees. The standard for such diagrams is to have the direction of movement going UP the page, not down. Also, the parking spaces are shown on the right side of the diagram; it looks like you are instructed to front into spaces on the right (the small arrows pointing down are hard to notice, while the up-&-right arrow is large).
S Laura Way is on a signed, much used bicycle route. Going north from S Jamie Ln it goes downhill for 0.2 miles. A bicycle going down this hill will reach a high speed at the bottom where there is a deep pothole. This road hazard could easily damage a bicycle or flip it over. It is located at 3813 S Laura Way. This pothole should be repaired.
Leaves were never removed from Greenbriar, Mayfair, and Arden neighborhoods last fall. Snow fell on top making snow removal a mess. Potholes emerged making it even worse especially where Wilton and Greenbriar merge. Then last weekend - city crews were pumping what I presume to be leaves out of the storm sewer leaving a huge mess. The entry to our neighborhood now looks really bad. Crumbling roads covered with muck and piles of dead leaves. What does one need to do to bring attention to this? When will the leaves be removed and the roads be repaired and cleaned up?
