The owners of this residence are continuing to let this building fall into disrepair and are possibly pursuing a "demolition through neglect". There has been substantial improvement to this structure since I moved within view of this building in March of 2013. This has led to the building becoming a public safety hazard for both the Near Westside and Prospect Hill neighborhoods.
I’ve noticed non native plant species on this City parcel and would like to know since we have been working on similar plant removal and treatment along the B Line who might be be ones to inquire of addressing the bush honeysuckle, wintercreeper et al on this triangler parcel just a few parcels from the back parking of Opportunity House. As you can see from the picture, this location has excessive trash, a boat, grill, oil cans, overgrowth, etc...in their yard that has been there for years! Please please help!!! It severely damages the neighborhoods integrity!
Several violations 1. Grass is about a foot long and hasn't been mowed all year 2. Junk and boat in yard 3. Weeds 6-8ft tall 4. Rv sticking out past sidewalk! Please help!!! 2nd time reporting...first time nothing happened! Their yard has been like this as long as we lived next to them!!!!!!
