City removed Bradford Pear Tree from tree plot years ago, but left stump, which becomes overgrown and grows over sidewalk each summer. Please remove.

Overgrown yard/weeds around fence are in the way of sidewalk passage. Also, a street tree was removed, but has overgrown the area.
Overgrown grasses in tree plot blinking sidewalk passage. Also tree branch blocking sidewalk on other side of driveway
The yard is attracting major wildlife such as raccoons, foxes and snakes and the plants have become so high it is causing a driving hazard when turning. We are worried about accidents with kids playing near this house. It is a safety hazard. The weeds have gotten out of control and the owner does not take care of the yard. Please help address this.
Excessive growth in 5th st ROW and NOT in utilities easement.
Property is unsafe. Front door is ajar, windows in rear are open, dettached structure in rear is structurally unsafe, SW corner support post has deteriorated causing structure to lean out of square, roof at the peak is open, windows are broken out, etc. In-ground pool is failing and deteriorated, rodent problem.
Received complaint from City Parking Enforcement. Pile of trash out front.
This is the second week with this address. LDB
Dumpster on the street for over a month with over-flowing trash.
This customer continually overstacks the cans with extra trash. They refuse to comply with our size and weight limits. on 3/22 the trash was left becuase it was mounded up on the cans and improperly tagged.
