Memo from Street Dept., Limbs at 620 S Ballantine in the street, but not blocking parking space; limbs at 619 S Ballantine on the side of the road. Requested we tell property owners limbs are their responsibility to bundle for yard waste pickup. The Street Dept. is now doing limb pickup as they did last year.
Ms. Foster emailed Denise Henderson on Monday Jan. 13, 2003, Ms. Henderson then forwarded the email to Christina Fulton and Rosha Hardin. Please see attached email and Memo.
There is a bush along Atwater Avenue, just past 508 E. 3rd Street, that is overgrown over the sidewalk causing a hazard.
Neighbor reports that large tree has been cut and four piles of debris in the City right-of-way and taking up parking spaces for the neighbors.
There is poison ivy and poison oak growing down the bank onto the sidewalk.
TRASH ACCUMULATED AND BROKEN BAGS ADJACENT TO THE ALLEY. HOUSE IS VACANT.
Mrs. Keys called to voice concern about the tax money citizens pay for students to have large items picked up. I explained to her our trash/sanitation system. She primarily called to complain about a large amount of weeds at 1001 E. 1st, and also weeds in the surrounding area that she thinks need to be removed. (No other specific addresses were given.)
