(RE) I live in Hoosier Court Apartments and my window faces the apartment complex across the street. I have seen tenants of the apartment on the bottom level throw their dogs out of the window to use the bathroom, rather than taking them outside. They will dump the dog, and then scream at them to hurry up. If the dog is just sitting there, they get pretty violent. They will scream some more. If a dog is not listening, the husband/dad will come out and smack the dog. All of them yell viciously at these animals. I’ve seen five different dogs be thrown out the window. I also have seen a cat. On top of them screaming and hitting their dogs, it is worrisome that they can’t even take the effort to take the dogs outside, so it is doubtful they are taking much care of them at all. It is the first floor, 1st and 2nd apartment from the right in the photo (it’s a dual unit). I have acquired a video and can attempt to get an address tomorrow. Across the street from Regency Court on S. Henderson St. is a tree built into the middle of a wooden fence. At the foot of the tree is a dead squirrel. Would you please remove the squirrel? Otherwise my dog will try to eat it when we walk by there again. Thank you.

Unfriendly dog on the loose constantly. Wanders the neighborhood and barks at residents. Afraid of being attacked.

There has been a white cat roaming in our neighborhood that aggravates our cats at home. The cat comes up to our back door and antagonizes our house cats. He seems friendly, but has no collar and causes a disturbance in our home.

My neighbor keeps tying his dog up on the front stoop and leaving him there. The problem is the dog can’t really move. He’s stuck on the stoop on maybe a 2-3 feet long tie up (at most) and he can’t run around or do anything but bark at the door to be let in. It’s beyond sad. He just got the dog recently so I’m thinking maybe he just needs to be educated.

A dog that resides at 1615 Treadwell Ln, Bloomington, IN 47408 is allowed to wander the neighborhood off leash. It once tried to attack a jogger. We have complained but the dog still comes over to our yard and defecates.

Aggressive Canadian geese. I was attacked on the bike trail at the traffic circle of Tapp Rd and Adams St. A pair of geese near the pond are probably protecting a nest, but they are extremely aggressive and attacked me on my bike.
