Several parking meters in front of our business are not working due to damage (they are not even installed) - this causes nearby tenants to park in these spots "free" for many days in a row, leaving nowhere for our customers to park. Maroon Pontiac Grand Prix blocking a shared drive(4 homes use it) and has been there for over an hour already. I can't use my car because it is blocked. Temporary plates on the vehicle, as seen in photo
