A blue Toyota has been parked (facing the wrong way) at the corner of Meadow Lane and O’Brien Place for about two months. It apparently is abandoned.

Tenants have been parking in the alley on the west side of this property, blocking it. There are two parking spots there, but they are parking three cars in the location and that prevents access to and egress from the alley. The tenants might not realize that it is an alley and needs to be kept open.

The tenants at this property regularly block the alley on the west side of the garage. They park three vehicles where there are only two spots. The third vehicle blocks the alley.

This property is over-occupied with usually 6-8 vehicles parked on the driveway and side yard, regularly spilling out into the alley outside of the property on the east side of the fence.

One and sometimes two cars are parked on the unimproved shoulder of the street preventing cars from easily passing. The south bound lane is obstructed by this parking.
