Is this eyesore EVER going to be cleaned up? Constant traffic, rearranging various vehicles, boats, heavy equipment. Blocked alleys on both sides of the street. Lots of random sawing and different people moving trailers and trucks and cars. This has gone on for months and months and months. Does the city check on problem properties like this? my opinion about the parking meters downtown is what I would like to address.I don't like them and think merchants must suffer from lack of business. many times when downtown I leave and go elsewhere due to insufferable parking and difficulty of the meters.

The house at 2809 has three vehicles parked on street. One doesn't run and has a license plate expired in 2016. One has a flat tire and has for over a month. The third has not been moved for over a month and I am unsure if it runs. All three make it difficult to pass through and creates difficulty when trying to back out of driveways.
