B-line trail lights 83, 79, 22 and 12 are either off or very weak. I observed these around Oct. 1, 2022. My notes also say J223 is off but I can't recall where that is (could be typo in my notes). Thanks much.

Case #179848 is marked closed and labeled as resolved though it never was. Problem is still a problem and has been since originally reported. People traveling east bound are forced to use wrong side of trail if they don't want muddy shoes, slip or fall as they walk or run. Also, people on bikes or using strollers traveling east bound use wrong side of trail because of risks due to poor maintenance. Then, those traveling west bound, walking running or riding have routinely been forced off trail towards Moores Pike (very narrow grassy seperation there) or have a head on collision with those using wrong side of trail.
Please remove silt, mud, gravel, etc. Please dig out a channel so it can drain properly in the future. Thank you.

Old infrastructure down - light pole with bat box + former (?) power line - not active. Is near and along creek, approximately 1/4 mile north of IMI concrete. West side of road. Pole is down in leaf litter. The line runs across/above the creek and to the other side.

Just wanted to say that I saw a worker/or volunteer(?) the other day on the Griffy Trail raking leaves off the trail. It was much appreciated and I appreciate the work being done! Makes walking the trail much easier!

People walking north along the b line often walk along the left hand side of the bridge ramp to get to the Patterson sidewalk, might it be a good idea to pave this? There is a dirt path formed in the grass here.

Hi, It seems there maybe miscommunication within the chain of command or not a 100% buy-in to "best practice" or a little of both. Report #181846 described a problem and its location. Unfortunately the problem has not been addressed in any way. However, it does look as though some one came through with a leaf blower and cleared the cypress leaves that had covered the trail further up towards Southeast park, next to tennis court entrance and wood post. I do very much appreciate that as the the pavement is very bumpy there in the corner and can cause loss of control of bike or scooter as well as trip walkers. I don't have construction experience but have used a shovel in the yard and that is probably all it would take. Just a shovel and one person to remove some soil blocking the current grade from working properly. If that isn't the solution how about adding a thin layer of pavement so runoff goes the other direction. I believe this was done on Renwick trail, there are patches of pavement here and there. Thanks for your help with this.

I noticed on the accessible bump-out that there is a rail to help prevent wheelchairs from ending up in the lake. My suggestion is that all of the bump-outs should have this same safety railing. My son is in a power wheelchair that is more than capable of making it to the smaller bump-outs.
Thank You,

Huge thank you for the fix and needed improvement reported in case #181846. It has worked well during the last rains. Also, there is now less chance of frozen puddles creating slip and falls. Other trail neighbors, some elderly, are also appreciative!
