Hello. We received notice that our street is looking at a traffic calming preapplication. It appears criteria include items such as police reports. Though that sort of data is important please please consider that reality is beyond just what the data paint. We pushed two cars out that drove into our yard in the snow already this week on east morningside and just now noticed another individual going much much too fast down the road while texting. Please look at the experiences of those who live on the street, complaints, maybe even photos households have, and otherwise solicit input of residents on the affected possible roads for improvements. Thank you.
Have had a basketball goal knocked over on sidewalk for couple weeks now
Walkers need a pedestrian crossing signal and equally important, Pete Ellis road to hospital must complete its sidewalk all the way to this intersection. We walk to the hospital and here must walk in the street, where employees and patients sometimes race home to 10th St., not expecting walkers in the street. Help! It may be IU property that needs the sidewalk. Please muscle them to do so. Thank you!
Since this building is no longer a garage, it seems that a full curb should be installed to prevent people from pulling up on the sidewalk. There are constantly cars parked on the sidewalk here (several feet in past the yellow painted curb (which is flattened because it used to be a garage). I asked the tenants to stop, and then today a dumpster showed up on the sidewalk. This is the North side of the "FAR" gallery building at fourth and rogers. Obviously this is frustrating to me but it's probably pretty annoying for the kid in a wheelchair who i see going back and forth to school and having to cross the street to get around.
trees are overgrown blocking the sidewalk leading into Mills Pool
There are 3 locations along the north side of 10th st between Walnut and Dunn where vegetation is overhanging the sidewalk and making it hard to use the sidewalk.
