I often walk along 13th street between Indiana ave. and Fess ave. Could the sidewalks along this stretch of road be improved? On the south side, there's no sidewalk, and on the north side, the sidewalk is crumbling and difficult to use at night.

On S. Woodscrest Drive: 'Music Lessons' sign in the grass right next to the road at the entrance to the IU Health Urgent Care clinic. It is up to you to say if it is in the ROW or not.

There is one block of Ruby Ln (my block) with no sidewalk. Please consider converting the huge culvert that runs along the S side of Ruby from Nancy to High into a storm drain, and putting a sidewalk over the drain.
