My girlfriend will be processing the trauma for days and Howe St has become a thoroughfare.
I am reaching out to file a noise complaint about the address provided. They frequently have parties late into the evenings and blast music so loud it shakes windows of homes nearby. There are several families that live in this area too and it keeps everyone awake. We would all appreciate this being taken care of
