Constant noise after midnight including excessively loud car bass that can be heard down the road. They play it for over an hour some nights after 2 AM. This place needs cleaned up. Quickly. A lot of in and out visitors.
Several abandoned cars in this parking lot. Black Honda Sedan with no plates. Black Subaru SUV, sitting on flat tires. Silver Subaru hatchback, sitting on flat tires.
Vomit and garbage. I'd like to know who to talk to about the loud disgusting drinking parties that happen nightly at a children's playground. Calling in the police repeatedly hasn't stopped it.
Inoperable vehicle, partially burned
The curve from Hopewell to 7th is dangerous enough but now the homeowner at the corner has a permanently parked old van sitting next to the house and street. It is almost impossible to see around the van to get around that curve. Kids play on the street while cars fly up and down 7th st. I'm just afraid someone is going to get run over. I'm sure they are not supposed to have broken down vehicles parked in their yards. Thank you for your time
Vegetation is overgrown and blocking sidewalk
We've been bothered recently during our regular evening visits to Switchyard Park to see a significant vagrant population who are smoking, drinking, and we're pretty sure we just witnessed a drug deal at the park pavillion. The police, so conveniently located in the park, need to actually be out patrollimg it!
I'm tired of the noise and late-night activity. Since January, my neighbors and I have been subjected to stereo blasting and cars parked along our street. It all comes from the house next door. These hooligans seem to wait until 11 pm to turn their stereo. We have seen the police knock on the door, but no one responds.

Vehicle has been parked in same position for 6 weeks partially blocking right lane near top of hill at intersection. Makes right hand turns difficult with NB traffic coming up S. Adams @ W. Sunstone. Thursday 03/05/2020: My wife was involved in a traffic accident where a lady ran a red light and then merged left into my wife. My wife called BPD to report the accident and officer C. Brummett (ID # 1578) responded. Officer Brummett exchanged the "Drivers Exchange Information" form to both parties. 03/06/2020: My wife called BPD after the 24 hour period following an accident where the law states that ANY VEHICLE ACCIDENT WHERE THE DAMAGES EXCEED $1,000, THE RESPONDING OFFICER SHALL FILE A REPORT. She was able to contact officer Brummett and he said he didn't file a report as there were "only minor damages". My wife explained that the damages to our car alone was $5,000. Officer Brummett stated that he wasn't a body man and couldn't estimate the damages. Officer Brummett then said he would have a report done and filed by Monday (03/09/2020). 03/09/2020: At the time of this writing it is 03/09/2020 @ 3:26PM. A report still hasn't been filed and according to BPD administration officer is out today. They also state that officer Brummett will be in training tomorrow, 03/10/2020, and not available. The person we've been in contact with also refused to let us speak with the Chief of Police about this situation and said to call back tomorrow. This is entirely unacceptable. We need a police report filed to get our BRAND NEW CAR repaired and officer Brummett has been irresponsible in his duties. The law states that the officer SHALL have a report filed within 24 hours. It's now been 4 days and it hasn't been done yet. Report # B20-09784
