The streetlight at the intersection of Woodburn Ave and 15th street is out and has been for several weeks. I have reported this outage several weeks ago since I live at 1020 N Woodburn which is 1/2 block from this light. My house is part of the Maple Heights Neighborhood Association. This area of Woodburn is quite dark. Is there any way that Duke can prioritze the repair of this light? I thought I would ask before I discuss the problem with the HT Hotline, the Mayor's office and Duke. I understand if larger outages would take a larger project, but this is a single light that has up till night be very reliable. Thank you for your efforts to help.

Frat operating illegally by leaving its flags up after NOV from City stating they are to cease acting as a frat BY October 10, 2017. This photo is from Oct. 11, 2017. Asking for fines to be activated immediately to cause the frat top cease acting as such.

Rooming house acting illegally as a fraternity was told to cease acting as fraternity BY Oct. 10, 2017. This photo show their flags still flying on Thursday OCt. 12, 2017. Request activate fines immediately so frat will cease acting illegally. Signage is specified in letter as being forbidden.

After parking four cars in the alley, these left and a single car was left in the alley, as well as the private basketballhoop that should not be stored in the public alley. Request No parking sign to be placed here as well as removal of stored basketball hoop and pails with iron fenceholders. Illegal frat uses alley as private storage and parking lot.

Fess Avenue between 1st and Maxwell is very dark. No streetlights. I am requesting a light be put in between 821 and 823 S. Fess. It's almost pitch black.

From an international student friend who lives in the apartments off Hagan St: "The area where I live does not have many public lights. When we students come home late in the night, we get off the bus and it is very dark, it is kind of eerie to walk in such a dark area, even if it is just less than half a mile. It really strikes me that there is no public lights in an area like that, where there are hundreds of students. I was wondering if it is possible at all to contact somebody from the city government and request that a lamp be set up there -it is the corner of Hagan St and S. Park Ridge Rd. I guess students come and go every year and nobody really cares or speak up about things like that, which may appear insignificant, but kind of matter. It is so dark, that sometimes when I come back home carrying my laptop with me, I need to be careful so as not to bump into something and fall and break the laptop. It is like you cannot actually see where you are walking. I have wondered how these sort of things are handled here in bloomington. So I am just curious to know if you think there is something that can be done to get some public lights in these streets." - Lina Ochoa

(I have meant to send this for a couple years, and have since moved and no longer use this crosswalk, so things may already have changed). Please add or move the street light on the southwest corner (where the costume store was) of 10th and Bypass to where the south crosswalk begins (at the walk signal). People turning right don't always look for people crossing from the corner nearest the bus stop, and at night, pedestrians are really hard to see in the crosswalk, which runs parallel to the train tracks and heads to the apartment complexes and strip mall on the east side of bypass. On the east side of Walnut Street, the last three streetlights just before the 10th street intersection are out. This was observed on Oct 16th, 2017 at roughly 10:45pm
