There is an orphaned recycling bin on the sidewalk in front of 423 S Eagleson - it does not belong to any of us in this area. Is it possible to find where it belongs based on the serial number? Or if not could it be collected by the city?
4 trash cans were placed on the sidewalk on Friday morning. Our trash day is Monday. They are completely blocking the sidewalk.

Somebody dumped a large shopping cart on the roundabout where W 17th meets Arlington Rd. It has a used tire and a big bag full of junk that is now strewn around. Both our trash binn and our recycling bin were damaged by sanitation workers early Tuesday morning. The hinges are broken on both,and they were found tossed on the sidewalk.
Not sure which category this falls under. Eight (!) trash bins are lying on the sidewalk (south side of Cottage Grove, just east of Walnut), completely blocking pedestrian traffic. It isn't really a busy street and it's one-way so not a huge problem for most people who can step around them off the curb into the street, but people in wheelchairs or with strollers would not be able to navigate the area.
We moved our recycle bin to the curb of our sidewalk, but we discovered that it had disappeared by Tuesday afternoon. Please deliver a new one to 1200 E Atwater Ave, Bloomington, IN47401. Thank you very much.
