Good morning, I am just curious if our trash and recycle will be picked up this week. I am at 1110 N Jackson Street. Our trash/recycle did not get picked up for two weeks during the holidays and it became an issue where we could not fit all of our recycle in the bin within your guidelines and had to keep it another week. Please let me know. Thank you!!
This morning when I went to bring in my trash and recycling containers I noticed that my trash had not yet been picked up. I do see, however, that all of my neighbors have brought in their containers. I only have about one small grocery bag of trash per week, but it is still in the bottom of my trash can. As I am required to pay for this service weekly, is it possible to have my bill reduced this month as I have not received the service? thank you, Cynthia Ramlo
My yard waste has not been picked up. If it begins only at a particular date, why can't I find that on the website?
Dear Madam or Sir, I am writing to complain about two issues: 1) While delivering new garbage and recyclable disposer containers, the truck broke my mailbox. 2) Seems like they delivered a defective recyclable disposer container. One of the wheels fell off. I picked it up and pushed it back in several times. Now, during a pickup - that wheel just disappeared. Perhaps it fell inside the truck. Please help. Dear Ms Carter, Good Morning. Thank you so much-I appreciate the help (Reference uReport Case #163754) I talked to you on last Friday. You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that) Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service. Good morning.....we are on Monday A schedule pick up. today we had some moving boxes, that were flattened and standing beside the recycling bin, and unfortunately our recycling service did not pick up the boxes. they would not fit inside the bin, due to the measurements of the box. If these won't fit inside the bin, do I have to schedule a large pick up and have them picked up by trash and not recycle them? our address is 709 S. clifton Avenue, bloomington, 47401. This morning we had trash pick-up and I also had two cans with yard waste. I happened to see that the sanitation workers emptied our neighbor's and our yard waste into the trash truck. Why is that? I was shocked to see that happen.
Not a huge deal so long as it doesn't keep happening but only half of my cart was dumped in Park ridge East this week. (Trash, recycling was fine) Are they using automatic grabbers now? Please try to make sure it comes out of the can! Thank you
I live on a corner lot and always bring trash to the "front" for collection. Would it be fine to leave it on the side yard instead since a street is there too for pickup? It's a much shorter drag of the bins there. Thank you.
