For some reason our recycling is not being picked up. It is not the auto truck given we live in Windermere woods and the truck with staff need to come through the ally. We have had it out 3 weeks (pickup is every week, we thought!) but for whatever reason it is not being emptied. The trucks auto arms have punched a hole in my trash can. Every week it gets worse. Now rain water and critters are getting in the can. I think the department should replace this.
