Two trees are down in this area due to storm. Neighborhood residents removed trees from street and most of tree from sidewalk. Some of the trees have been cut into manageable pieces and are piled in yards. Some pieces weren’t able to be cut before dark.
Sidewalk is cracked and uneven, also there is some slippery gravel on the sidewalk. Grating over drainage is missing as well.
Sidewalk raised and broken due to tree roots causing tripping hazard.
Side walk is uneven. I fell just walking on the sidewalk because of the sidewalk . I learned my son and 2 roommates tripped earlier. I reported it to an employee and he said he has tripped but it’s a city issue. I am 60 years old and feel fortunate I was able to quickly put my hands down so I did not land on my face. This is a big injury waiting to happen

Tree blocking entire sidewalk on north side of Grimes. I might have placed it in wrong block, but it is mid-block.
Broken up sidewalk on 522 W. 4th needs to be repaired or repalced. It's very easy to trip on.
The sidewalk in front of 705 W. 13th street has a big trip hazard from recent work that has been done. Please fix this. Thank you.
At 704 N. Park Ridge Road Ms. Kaye Hill reports that the sidewalk in front of her house is sinking and is adjacent to a storm drain. Sidewalk sink is helping to collect water and contribute to some flooding from recent rains. There are green and orange paint marks on the sidewalk there and it may already be on the list for repair. Here in Winslow Farm it appears that almost none of our sidewalks intersect with the road in an ADA compliant manner. My Wife was transitioning from this sidewalk end to the street (East Winslow Farm Drive)and her mobility scooter tipped over dumping her in the road. She sustained three serious wounds which required a trip to the emergency room, where we spent fives hours. I don't know if this is a city issue, Winslow Farm issue, or combination of the two. She is not the only mobility challenged resident here and I would hate to see someone else seriously injured.
