Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. Low hanging broken tree limb in alley

A gust of wind ripped away a tree limb on the red maple in front of my house and was blocking the sidewalk. I contacted the urban forester and left a message describing this situation, but didn't get a response. Eventually my housemates and I brought the limb down ourselves, but it still needs to be removed from the side of the road. Most of the debris has already been cleared except for the limb. We have enough firewood. Please remove the limb from the side of the road, thanks.
