Eastside and Atwater
I reported a potential sinkhole in the street in front of my property in August 2016. The hole opening into the what I believe will become a sinkhole was immediately patched. Now, new construction has just begun on adjacent lot 3880. concrete trucks making deliveries to that site have now created a ten foot long , 2 foot wide, 2 inch deep indentation in the pavement directly above where I suspect a sinkhole. The pavement is permanently damaged and parts have broken up. I realize that making repairs while construction is in progress is probably not practical, but I wanted to immediately make the city aware of the damage. I don't know if this is something the builder will be expected to take of or if is the city. Regardless of whether its the city or the city makes the builder take care of it, I would appreciate the city giving me the assurance that the damage will be repaired as soon as practical. Thank You! After my report to the City about the malfunctioning walk like at Third and Franklin I was notified that this traffic light is maintained by I69. How is that possible? Can someone please provide information regarding getting the walk light fixed or could the City possibly forward the issue to I69? This is such a hazard.
Traffic lights are out.

sand and gravel on South side of street
The 25 MPH street sign on the north side of the road has been tagged with graffiti for a while. It makes it less visible to drivers at night.
There's a rectangle shaped pothole on Lintel Drive. The one edge is probably 4 or 5 inches deep and sharp. Thank you.
On E. 7th St heading east, between Union and Bryan, there is a good sized pothole on the east side of the speed bump. You can't see it driving up the incline - on the right. Please fix. It keeps getting bigger! Thank you!
one of the restaurants in the alley next to Btown diner has been dumping their fryer oil in the alley. I spoke with Monroe County Health (Sylvia Garrison) about this problem. She is going to contact the restaurants on 6th between Walnut and College. Garrison stated that Street Department pressure washed the alley after her last inspection and that helped a great deal.
