About 20ft back from the southwest corner of 8th and Washington (between the street and the sidewalk) there is the bottom/stump of what was maybe a parking sign. If moving to the side to allow someone to pass on sidewalk or more likely someone getting out of the passenger side of a car could injure themselves, especially at night. Please remove or replace. YIELD sign on Adams as you are going north on Adams and preparing to turn east on Kirkwood is facing AWAY from the street. It is facing the cemetery and there is no cemetery exit at that location. This sign should be turned so it faces the oncoming traffic-- vehicles going north on Adams and turning right on Kirkwood.

I received a phone call today saying that the potholes I reported last week had been repaired. After inspecting the area at around noon I found this not to be the case. I suspect the person who evaluated the situation was noticing that some alley repair had been completed in the spring/summer at the street entrance however about ten to twenty yards up from the street entrance is where the problem area is. Old pavement has crumbled away and cars are bottoming out. To remind you of the location, this is the first alleyway on the south side of 6th street east of Adams. It is a very high traffic alley way due to the fact that there is off street parking for several apartments on Kirkwood behind my house (1221 W. 6th). If you follow the alley way around to the left (exiting on Pine Street) you will find many more problem spots. I hope these issues can be addressed soon before the really bad weather arrives. Walking home Thursday night, I turned my ankle in this hole. In the dark, it's invisible. This whole block is in bad shape (west side of road).
As a rider on the 2W bus I am writing in regards to the deterioration of Lindbergh Dr. This road/hill is driven by the 2W bus and it has so many potholes and rough spots that it has almost become torture to ride the bus. The problems start at the bottom of the hill by 17th street and continue up the hill to Oolitic DR. This has been causing pain with the riders. I myself have horrible back pain as does family. We sometimes walk 4 blocks to another bus stop just to avoid having to ride up that hill.
Two bricks are missing from the decorative sidewalk in front of the Waldron's Walnut St entrance. Can they be replaced? Concerned about a trip hazard.

Large dip in road where the metal grate is on street right before you enter the Willowbrook complex by 1201 N Maple St.
This road is used for several food trucks and pizza x that operate out of one world catering. It is also used by drivers and employees of go puff. In addition there is another business and two hotels that operate out of the same area, which includes customers with semi trucks. That state of rappel Ave (which can be accessed off of the 45/46 bypass is not very good. The road is extremely bumpy, which wears down on the vehicles for those of us who work in the delivery hub in this area (which again includes a couple of businesses.) there is also not much in the way of lighting out there, which makes us even harder to navigate at night time. I would say in a given day at least 100 or more people come through this road and the amount of times it’s driven down is in the thousands. This is a highly utilized road and has not had much done to it in a long time. Given the thriving business happening in this area, it would be appropriate to completely pave and add street lights to the area. Thank you.
