Bus 555, on route 3E, almost ran into me at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2018. I was at the stop sign, leaving the parking lot as referenced above on the map. The bus took the left turn at an angle and did not stop. I put my car in reverse and the bus just missed my car by inches. My entire family was in the car with me. I have not seen bus driving this bad in quite some time. They need to be careful and take it slow. If they cannot make the turn, then let the other person turn so they have a wider angle. I'm not sure why a bus would be in a parking lot anyways--it's a poor place to put a bus stop if there is one. There's too much congestion in that parking lot especially.

THIS IS THE 4TH TIME BUS 6 1198 HAS THREATEND MY FAMILY FOR MY CAR BEING 6 INCHES IN THE ROADWAY. IF HE THREATENS TOO CALL THE COPS ON MY FAMILY AGIAN WE ARE GOING TOO GO FURTHER INTO THIS WITH CHARGES, I AM OVER THE WAY HE TREATS RESIDENTS AT THE KNIGHTRIDGE APARTMENTS. It was also annoying of the patrons from the bus. The report to Monroe County dispatch happened around 1040p on 20150422. The incident occurred at 1027p on 20150422.

The city bus routinely drives through the Fritz Terrace neighborhood too fast. I don’t have a radar gun but the speed limit is 20 and they are obviously going over. On Saturday 5/21 sometime around 3:00 I believe the bus hit and killed a neighbor’s dog near 3131 Valleyview and continued their route. I did not witness the event but was told by a neighbor the bus stopped for a moment at the same location the dog was hit, near the same time, then continued on. I would like the transit department to identify who the driver was and see what the story is on why they did not stop and try to help or identify the owner of the dog, or if I am mistaken and the driver claims it was not them and perhaps maybe they witnessed the event and could provide more details. Even without the issue of who hit the dog, the bus needs to slow down and not exceed the 20 MPH speed limit. There are lots of kids in this neighborhood, the streets are narrow and the curve at the top of the hill is a blind spot for oncoming traffic. Please address this issue before someone gets hurt or killed.

While I'm a supporter of the local bus system, the PA system on the bus can be heard 2 blocks away and inside my home. I'm making a request that the volume on the PA that announces the next stop be turned way down. If it's for riders, it really can't be necessary for it to be at the high volume that it's currently set at. This was evident of the bus that comes at all hours of the day and into the evening. (one just passed by the 300 block of east 7th at 10:28 AM on 9/26/20.) Thank you!

This is the worst stop ever for a bus stop. On two occasions, I have witnessed close calls by drivers stopping very hard and abruptly. It's at a location where the two lanes into the roundabout begin, but cars stop making everyone behind them stop. Very, very, very, very BAD location for a bus stop.

The bus stop sign at the corner of S. Sare Road and E. Buttonwood Lane has been hit by a car and is leaning over. It’s worth talking to the driver of BT bus #1337 route 9L headed west on 3rd at 3:45pm. Their driving was alarmingly aggressive.
