the website for paying the water bill is not working
We were overcharged for water this month. The SA Customer Portal Dashboard says we consumed 1,774 gallons of water from August 2-September 1, and the bill claims we consumed 3,000 gallons.
I AM TRYING TO PAY MY WATER BILL, AS IT IS DUE TODAY, AND I CANNOT FIND THE EMAIL WITH MY ACCT# ON IT; I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCT# THROUGH YOUR SITE SOMEHOW AND AM NOT ABLE TO DO THAT; HOW DO I PAY MY BILL WITHOUT THAT ACCT#?
eSuite utilities site is throwing an error when logging in to the site with bill information
This month the utility bill for our household is $133.67. This is almost double what we normally pay and our service consumption almost doubled as well, but we haven't changed anything out of our normal routine.
Payment sent from IUCU 4/6. Still not showing up for 1500 E Richland Dr.
water was turned off for non-payment while I was out of town, subsequently received a letter that water would be turned off after July 11 if I did not pay. I paid immediately but no one available to turn on because it's a weekend, EVEN THOUGH TURNED OFF BEFORE SHUTOFF DATE??!!!?
Would like to know when water bill is due. I have not received any notice yet.
