We continue to have storm water pooling in the drain in front of our house. This intersection drainage project has been weeks ongoing. Now we are left with an absolutely horrid street. The utility cuts were filled with gravel but have rutted out to be almost impassable. This is addition to the pot holes and drains that are unfinished.
