As can be seen in the photo there are three dry creek beds (swales) feeding the area where the runoff water is pooling during a heavy rain fall. Cause of the pooling is the drain through a small ridge is eroded and clogged up. City needs to remedy this issue.

The bicycle lanes on both North College and North Walnut are still plagued by heavy debris in several spots. These are TRAFFIC HAZARDS. Why does it take so long for you to respond?? If there were impediments to MOTOR vehicles, I highly doubt that you would wait three weeks to clear the road.

The storm drains on both the North and South side of Heather are always full of debris. When it rains, there is very little area for the drainage. Please clear the debris.
northbound bike lane on rogers between 8th st and b line (part of the detour). i found a CBU detour sign partially blocking this bike lane and i carried it down to their construction site at the b line. then i encountered this storm drain, which is at least 3 inches below grade, from poor milling practices when the road was resurfaced last year. these partial obstructions make the bike lane more technically demanding than it should be. not a fair substitute for the all-ages all-abilities b line.
